Spectrum is currently pursuing a number of components and major subsystem opportunities for the new CH-53K Marine helicopter.

As there are numerous flight-proven Spectrum components flying with the prior CH-53 "E" model, the new "K" version will certainly benefit from proven as well as new designs.

With design control of many components, it is a logical next step to install these components, into the "next higher assembly", reducing the parts count for the OEM and lightening the load for Q.A. at the same time.
